Wir haben uns wieder mal auf die Reise gemacht und euch ein paar amüsante Geschichten und Photos aus dem fernen Mexico mitgebracht. Zusammen mit ein paar Australiern, Amerikanern, Japanern und Engländer haben wir 24 Tage lang die schönsten Ecken von Mexico besucht. Unser Trip begann und endete in Mexico City. Viel Spass beim durchsehen. Schon mal vorweg, Mexico ist wirklich eine Reise wert. Man sollte sich aber genügend Zeit dafür einplanen, denn nichts ist unmöglich in Mexico.

This is the journey of thirteen travellers form Australia, Japan, Switzerland, Britain and the USA who joined together in a Trek America van to explore the sights of Mexico.

There was Yumie the Japanese dare devil and dive master; Dier also from Japan; Donna the foofah and dj champion; Peter the detective and Lonely Planet guide; Rebecca the singer and conductor; Ian the coffee connoisseur; Jo the youngest of our group; Mathew the cowboy; Hansi the onion boy; Anna the fire queen; Toby the Austin Powers impersonator; Fogi the elder; and Dimi the massage hog.

The journey began in Mexico City at the Hotel San Fransisco when all our paths crossed. We made our way to Villahermosa our first destination. After a long day’s driving to this location we arrived at our hotel then moved onto explore the local nightlife at the disco called Dashas. It was ‘ladies night’ a nice custom which was appreciated by all the females of our party. Unfortunately, for the males in our party, this meant the pleasure of being frisked at the entrance by other men and having to pay an entry fee. We learnt here that it pays to be a female in Mexico! We all joined in on the Mexican dancing and tequila cocktails. However, ordering drinks was a very long and drawn out process. We had arrived in Mexico!
